Jose Ortega

Jose is a black belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu and has been training since 2010 under Rio Combat Team (RCT) founder, Diogo Gomes and Carlson Gracie Team.  In addition to owning and operating Supreme MMA,  Jose teaches grappling in after school programs throughout Oakland, California.  As an Oakland native, Jose is extremely passionate about his Oakland roots and is an active member of his community beyond martial arts.  His knowledge also emcompasses boxing, muay thai, wrestling, and self-defense.  Jose is a student of muay thai under Gustavo.
